THE DAYS OF OLD #1 JADE

In the beginning, the days of old i am always referring to, the days of light before the now constant days of darkness, i remembered the days fondly and remember how we where trained in the ways of old the harsh commander screaming over the large field we had to run laps around ,if I'm correct i think it was my brother that had caused the punishment we faced. Because of some case involving explosives and the commanders cat ,and i highly doubt that the cat survived ….. Anyways back to the story we (after a heavy siege ) where promoted and recommended to the S.A.S team , as we begun to become more and more recognised we where introduced into the upper end of all things involving the military and very sealed information, we then where asked the question i doubt wed be still alive and kicking if it hadn't been for our answer the big "yes" but to the military yes was the permission to steal our identies and wipe us off the grid. They, without telling us had assigned us to A.R.E.A.U. The Arsenal Response Espionage Assault Unit(who where assigned to things that you wouldn't believe me, such as a stem that when implanted allowed you to regrow and reform skin in minutes leaving no scars. But that was just the beginning of our career in A.R.E.A U.

THE DAYS OF OLD #2 DYLAN

Now where am i gonna start this? When we first decided to join the military, the beginning of A.R.E.A U or the first out break of the virus. Well might as well do all. The Days of the Military began on 13th of July 2009. Me and my brother had the idea of helping our country and making some money to save for a world tour. What a fuck up that was. Anyway here we are two fit ready meats looking at the training course and then back to each other. We felt like at home. Back at home we both loved fitness. Gym freaks. Adrenaline seekers. The whole lot. So we werent spooked by the course at all. And i think the general watching the training saw this too. ( Will come to the General later.) There we were racing through the course and shining brighter than Diamonds to the commander. The only competition we had were each other. We pushed each other on and past breaking point. We weren't far off each other but as everyone we had our strengths. Mine? Strength and Speed. His was reaction and movement. I can toss people like sacks of potatos but he can hit them faster than a viper. I can run direct to a target but he can find ways just as quick to reach them. Vaulting over walls and jumping from roof to roof. Me im old fashion I go in head on.

Like a Bull seeing a red target. The commander thought he was dreaming when he saw the two of us. We had top battle sense, Marksmen and Survival Instinct. Our fitness level was far above average and our pain intake was far above normal. So we were then put on trial for S.A.S 2 man team. Of course we both made it in. We were the Army of Two. Put on tour in Afghanistan, Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Turkey. Mostly the middle east to sort out little groups of terriosts who pose a threat to the saftey of commonwealth.

We were doing well for ourselves. Doing quite well. Making alot of money and living comfortably when we are back at home in the small land of New Zealand. The land of the long white clouds. When we werent we had each others back like we have been since we were kids. We even had our own methods of dealing to things. I take the attention and he wipes them out from a distance where he isnt seen. And he even lets me have fun sometimes. Like one time. We were in Russia looking for a man who managed to get hold of some weapon grade plutonium. He had a few body guards. More than a usual man would think to have. He had a army of mercenarys by the looks of them ex army who go and do whatever that pays highly. Mostly deserters by my guess. Well as all men do while on break. Hit the pub and relax. So as we were on the hunt for Martin Hunter. We decided to hit the pub and find out where his base is. Fair enough some of his bodyguards were there drinking. He takes one look at them and walks back out to the car and leaving the words "They all yours" Drift in the air. Loud enough for the civilians to hear. A warning that something is gonna happen and they should leave. So they do. Then i walk towards them and grin. All is quiet all you can hear is the sound of the small T.V on top of the fridge of the bar and the sound of my military issued boots hit the rhino. You can guess what i did. I roughed them up until they gave up where the location was then tied them up. Gagged and blindfolded and left them in the back of a rubbish truck across the road. That will give us enough time to deal With Martin. Time to head back to outpost and stock up and get ready for our firefight.
